Peach-Nutmeg Frappe 1 c Peach Slices
1 c Vanilla Low-Fat Ice Cream
1/2 c Skim Milk
1 tb Powdered Sugar
1/8 ts Ground Nutmeg
Mint Sprigs; Optional
Ground Nutmeg; Optional
Combine the peach slices, ice cream, milk, powdered sugar, and 1/8 teaspoon
nutmeg in a blender, and process until smooth. Pour the frappe into
glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs, and sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if
desired. Serve immediately.
