Cinnamon Peachy Shake 1 lg Peach; quartered *
1/2 c Nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 ts Honey; optional
1 pn Cinnamon; to taste
1 Ice cubes
* Substitute frozen peach slices when peaches are not in season. Omit
the ice cube if the fruit is frozen.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until well blended.
