Cinnamon Peach Crisp 1/2 c Quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 c Granola; (sweetened)
1/4 c All purpose flour
1/2 c Bornw sugar; packed
1/4 c Butter or margarine
5 c Peeled & sliced fresh peaches
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1 1/2 ts Butter or margarine; melted
Preheat oven to 375º
In a medium bowl combine oats, granola, 3 Tbs. flour and brown sugar Cut in
1/4 cup butter unitl crumbly. Place 1/2 peach slices in an 8 inch square
greased baking casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1 Tbs. flour. Sprinkle
with half of the oat mixture, then remaining peaches and top with oat
mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon, drizzle with melted butter and bake for 30
minutes until to is browned.
