Apricot Or Peach Delight

2 pkg. apricot or peach gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
1 can (No. 2) crushed pineapple
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 lg. bananas
2 c. sm. marshmallows
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. Dream Whip or Cool Whip
1 c. coconut

Mix gelatin with boiling and cold water. Chill. Add pineapple. Slice bananas in layer over gelatin mixture. Layer small marshmallows over bananas. Cook together pineapple juice, flour, slightly beaten egg, butter and sugar. When thick add cream cheese. Whip Dream Whip or use Cool Whip and add to topping mixture. Spread over all. Sprinkle with coconut.
