Peach Bliss 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (13 oz.) pkg. peach gelatin
1 c. buttermilk
4 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
Heat crushed pineapple and the dry gelatin until it dissolves. Let cool to room temperature. Fold in whipped topping and buttermilk. Pour into an 8 inch square pan (or a bundt pan) that has been sprayed with Pam or buttered. Refrigerate to congeal. Serve on lettuce, top with mayonnaise.
