Just Peach Recipes

 

Peach Delite

2 (29 oz.) cans sliced peaches
2 c. orange juice
2 cartons whipping cream
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Blend peaches, sugar, orange juice and almond extract. Pour this mixture into a Bundt pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Whip the cartons of whipping cream and blend in powdered sugar and chopped pecans. Place this mixture on top of peach mixture and freeze 48 hours. Remove from freezer about 20 minutes before serving. Serves 20 people.
