Peach Dessert

1 box butter pecan cake mix (Betty Crocker)
1 can peaches, juice & all
1 stick oleo

Pour peaches and juice in 9"x12" greased pan. Sprinkle cake mix over all. Cut oleo in squares over top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be served plain or with Cool Whip.
