Peach Dessert

1 lg. can peaches (29 oz.)

Put into 9"x13" pan (cut into thinner chunks). Sprinkle over that 1 box Betty Crocker butter pecan cake mix. Pour over 1 cube melted butter or oleo. Sprinkle 1 cup coconut over then 1 cup nuts. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour or until done. May use fresh or frozen peaches, making 1 1/2 cups syrup with them or you may use 1 quart canned peaches of your own.
