Peach-Yogurt Pie 1/2 c apple juice
2 pk unflavored gelatin
2 c vanilla nonfat yogurt
1 c peach nectar
1/2 t almond extract
Spray springform pan,9x3 inches, with non-stick cooking spray Cook
apple juice about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until gelatin is
dissolved. Place gelatin mixture and remaining ingredients in blender.
Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into pan. Refrigerate about 3 hours
or until firm. Run metal spatula along pan to loosen; remove side of
