Broiled Peaches with Frozen Yogurt
2 lg Peaches
2 tb Orange juice
Halve and pit peaches; place, cut side up, in shallow baking dish. Spoon orange juice into hollows; sprinkle with sugar to taste.
Broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until sugar is lightly caramelized. Transfer to serving dishes; top with scoop of frozen yogurt. Makes 4 servings. Tip: To grill combine orange juice and brown sugar and brush over cut sides of peaches, using any remaining juice to drizzle over peaches as they cook.
